✦ Since icons don't take as long, the tos applies differently.
✦ Corrections can be made after I've finished the first product. I won't do infinite corrections, however. I will allow up to 3 corrections.
✦ I will send a watermarked piece for corrections to be made. After corrections have been made and payment is sent, a transparent file will be sent.

✦ If you agree to this contract, and send payment, and I find out that you make, sell, or aid in the creation of NFTs or generative AI in any form; you immediately lose your rights to refund and forfeit your rights to whatever money you sent regardless of whether your intent was to turn this into an NFT or use it to train generative AI or not. I will not complete the project in this circumstance.
✦ Clients are allowed to do whatever they wish with their finished commission. If they post on social media, please tag the artist; please do not claim the piece as your own.
✦ The artist is permitted to use the commission in her portfolio and as commission examples. If the commission is a gift or the commissioner wishes it to remain private, please let the artist know in advance.
✦ Commission acceptance is not guaranteed. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
✦ The artist owns all sketches done during our collaboration. If the client drops all communications, they are not permitted to use the sketches for other artists.
✦ Written and unclear references may be rejected or incur an additional fee.
✦ Drawn reference sheets are required for original character commissions.
✦ WIPs, or Work In Progress, are snapshots of the commission progress the client can request at any time.
✦ If you are requesting WIPs to approve them for your commission, please be able to respond within 24 hours.
✦ All commissions come with one standard WIP during the sketch phase to get customer approval. More WIPs may be offered for varied commission types. The client is also welcome to ask for updates at any time.
✦ Clients can request major changes at or before the sketch phase, such as revisions to pose, outfit, character, etc.
✦ Changes requested after the sketch phase will be restricted to minor adjustments.
✦ The client may have 3 small revisions after the commission is delivered. Additional changes after completion will incur additional costs.
✦ Large revisions after the sketch phase will also incur additional costs.Background info

✦ Simple - A holding shape, pattern, blurred scene made of minimal shapes.
✦ Complex - Enviromental art, inside or outside.
